Business Partner Registration Form

Onboarding record capturing identity, KYC, bank, nominee, investment and vehicle details, plus declaration and digital signature.

This document is a draft template prepared for internal review. It must be examined, adapted and executed under the guidance of a qualified advocate practising in India, and stamped as required under the applicable State Stamp Act before it becomes binding.

1. Information collected

  1. 1.1Personal information: full name, date of birth, residential address, city, state, PIN code, mobile and email.
  2. 1.2Identity and tax: Aadhaar number, PAN, GST registration number where applicable.
  3. 1.3Bank details: account holder name, bank name, account number and IFSC for payout remittance.
  4. 1.4Nominee: name, relationship and contact number.
  5. 1.5Emergency contact: name and contact number.
  6. 1.6Investment: partner type (Capital / Vehicle / Fleet), investment type, indicative amount, number of vehicles.
  7. 1.7Vehicle details where the partner already owns an asset: make, model, registration number, year, retrofit status.
  8. 1.8Preferred payment mode for payouts: NEFT, IMPS or UPI.

2. Declaration

  1. 2.1The partner declares that all information furnished is true and that the funds deployed are from lawful sources.
  2. 2.2The partner confirms having read the Risk Disclosure, Revenue Sharing Policy and Exit Policy, and understands that no return is guaranteed.
  3. 2.3The partner authorises GreenStrata to verify the submitted documents and to share them with lenders, insurers and regulators strictly as required.
  4. 2.4Digital signature: typed full name plus date, captured with timestamp and IP, is accepted under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

3. General

  1. 3.1Governing law: the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the Dispute Resolution Policy.
  2. 3.2Notices shall be delivered by email to the addresses recorded in the Registration Form and by registered post for termination or settlement notices.
  3. 3.3No provision of this document creates an employment, partnership or agency relationship beyond what is expressly stated.
  4. 3.4If any clause is held unenforceable, the remainder survives unaffected.
  5. 3.5This document, together with the Registration Form and annexed schedules, constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.
