Privacy Policy
How personal, KYC and telematics data is collected, used, shared, retained and protected.
This document is a draft template prepared for internal review. It must be examined, adapted and executed under the guidance of a qualified advocate practising in India, and stamped as required under the applicable State Stamp Act before it becomes binding.
1. Data we collect
- 1.1Identity and contact data, KYC documents, bank details for payouts, nominee and emergency contacts.
- 1.2Vehicle, trip, GPS, charging and maintenance data generated during operations.
- 1.3Usage data from the website and portals, including device and log information.
2. How we use and share it
- 2.1To onboard partners and drivers, operate the fleet, settle payouts and meet legal obligations.
- 2.2Shared with lenders, insurers, service partners and regulators strictly to the extent necessary.
- 2.3We do not sell personal data. Marketing communication requires consent and can be withdrawn at any time.
3. Retention, security and rights
- 3.1KYC and financial records are retained for the period required under applicable law, then deleted or anonymised.
- 3.2Access controls, encryption in transit and role-based permissions protect stored data.
- 3.3You may request access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion by writing to the grievance officer.
4. General
- 4.1Governing law: the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the Dispute Resolution Policy.
- 4.2Notices shall be delivered by email to the addresses recorded in the Registration Form and by registered post for termination or settlement notices.
- 4.3No provision of this document creates an employment, partnership or agency relationship beyond what is expressly stated.
- 4.4If any clause is held unenforceable, the remainder survives unaffected.
- 4.5This document, together with the Registration Form and annexed schedules, constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.
