Revenue Sharing Policy
How collections are computed, what is deducted, how payouts are timed and how statements are published.
This document is a draft template prepared for internal review. It must be examined, adapted and executed under the guidance of a qualified advocate practising in India, and stamped as required under the applicable State Stamp Act before it becomes binding.
1. Basis of computation
- 1.1Revenue means rentals actually collected and cleared in the reporting month. Billed-but-uncollected amounts are excluded.
- 1.2Deductions are limited to the line items disclosed in the monthly statement: charging, maintenance, insurance, GPS, loan EMI, management fee and applicable taxes.
- 1.3No return is guaranteed. Earnings vary with utilisation, driver performance and operating costs.
2. Statement and payout
- 2.1A downloadable statement per vehicle is published in the partner portal within 7 working days of month end.
- 2.2The statement carries vehicle details, registration number, driver name, rental days, revenue, each cost head, net profit, partner payout, utilisation, downtime, cumulative ROI and carbon saved.
- 2.3Payouts are remitted by the 10th working day to the registered bank account. Disputes must be raised within 15 days of statement publication.
3. General
- 3.1Governing law: the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the Dispute Resolution Policy.
- 3.2Notices shall be delivered by email to the addresses recorded in the Registration Form and by registered post for termination or settlement notices.
- 3.3No provision of this document creates an employment, partnership or agency relationship beyond what is expressly stated.
- 3.4If any clause is held unenforceable, the remainder survives unaffected.
- 3.5This document, together with the Registration Form and annexed schedules, constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.
